Mark Rosenblum
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Rosenblum is a currently licensed CPA with 32 years experience as an accountant, controller and chief financial officer, most of which was spent with public companies. He began his career with Deloitte and Touche, joined the Celanese Company in 1980 and then joined the Wellman Company (NYSE: WLM) as corporate controller in 1985. He subsequently served as chief accounting officer, vice president and controller until 2003. In 2005, he joined HemoBioTech (OTCBB:HMBT) as chief financial officer and secretary.
